OUR STORY

I

STARBAR was created by childhood best friends Mark Spreizer and Stephen D'Amato over a few drinks at a Long Island bar back in 2017. Back then, it was only an idea to make the typical house party more fun and unique. But in 2018, Mark and Steve decided to bring their idea to life. They spent over a year-and-a-half designing, restoring, and outfitting a 1966 Airtstream Globetrotter to what you see today as STARBAR's flagship beverage trailer.

The trailer's exterior captures the class and beauty of the 1960's, and the interior is updated with a vintage-modern feel.  An eye-popping mirror finish, versatile LED lighting, top-notch professional bartenders, and a cool selfie-ready interior are all in place to provide a fun and memorable experience your guests won't stop talking about.

In 2019, Steve found the perfect Airstream to remodel in NY- this time a 1967 Globetrotter. After a laborious 14-month restoration project and tons of sweat equity, he brought STARBAR New York to Long Island in 2020 and is now operating there.  In 2023, we added a 1959 Airstream Comet to service New Jersey!

Through the decades, these trailers have crisscrossed America as travel campers that undoubtedly created lasting memories of adventure for their families.​ Today, STARBAR's custom mobile bar trailers will be the talk of your party.

  • You provide the liquor, beer, and wine. We do the rest.

  • Our trailer is 20' long, so be sure there is plenty of space for it to be towed into place. The service area should be smooth and level.

  • Rent just the trailer or outfit it with professional bartenders and other extras.

  • Access to water and electricity is preferred. A minimum 120-V outlet with 30 amp breaker and RV plug is needed to run all equipment. However, we can provide generators if needed.

  • Yes, we have a available air-conditioning!

  • We operate throughout South Florida. Mileage fees may apply 25 miles outside of our home base of Miramar, FL.

  • Standard equipment includes: dual tap kegerator, two beverage refrigerators, ice bin with service area, 4-compartment sink, ample counter and work space, adjustable LED colored lighting, and more.

HOW STARBAR WORKS

OUR SERVICES

STARBAR is a full service, mobile bar rental that can accommodate many types of events including private parties, corporate events, tailgating, weddings, photo shoots, festivals, and more!

​

  • Standard mobile bar packages typically start around $800. This includes delivery, set-up, break-down, pick-up, and up to 4 hours of trailer usage. 

​

  • Add extras like extended hours, bartenders, mixers and ice, non-alcoholic beverages, decorative string lighting, and cocktail tables.
